For one of the top 5 ranking American largest corporations in Engineering (over USD 7 billion turnover and 35,000+ employees in 33 locations) we were selected to design, deliver and support the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations & Finance solutions.

The goal was clear: support business growth, streamline processes, and ensure SOX compliance on a global scale. • Integrating processes for on-boarding, approving time entries and paying 3^rd party associates and contractors for project related tasks.
