Our Approach: Unlocking the Power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project and Financial Transformation

ERP Advisors collaborated with the client to replace the existing solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365-supported standards as part of a migration to Project Operations for resource-based scenarios. We introduced Project Operations and replaced the Finance and Supply Chain application to streamline project management, financial operations, and HR alignment. By implementing Microsoft’s Dual Write technology for real-time data synchronisation and aligning HR systems with the client’s corporate Workday solution, we created a solid, scalable foundation to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

There were multiple business challenges to address in completing this complex migration, including:

• Improving information flow and consistency of data between projects and finance
• Setting up multiple legal entities to enable standard inter-company processing
• Utilising standard Dynamics project procurement capabilities to replace bespoke solutions whilst retaining operational simplicity
