A Day of Momentum

The ERP Advisors team recently came together for our Q2 Away Day, which was a full day of big ideas, honest conversations, meaningful collaboration, and more than a few laughs. Led by our leadership team and joined by the talented cohort of the ERPA Academy, the day was a powerful reminder of what makes ERP Advisors different: a genuine commitment to developing the next generation of ERP expertise from within.

As a company we explored the direction of our business, our service model, and how we continue to build a consultancy that puts both clients and people first.

Away Days at ERP Advisors are about far more than away-from-desk thinking. They are a deliberate investment in alignment and ensuring that every member of our team, from seasoned advisors to the emerging talent coming through the ERPA Academy, is moving in the same direction with the same shared purpose.

Throughout the day, sessions touched on our strategic priorities, how we continue to deliver exceptional managed support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients, and how we maintain the governance standards our clients rely on especially as the D365 landscape continues to evolve at pace.

One of the most energising aspects of the day was watching experienced advisors and Academy participants exchange ideas on an equal footing. That dynamic — fresh talent alongside deep expertise is central to the ERPA Academy’s purpose, and days like this demonstrate why it works.

Steve Monteiro and the Academy team brought energy, curiosity, and a welcome challenge to established thinking. In return, the senior team shared hard-won insight on ERP governance, client relationships, and what it truly means to be a trusted advisor in this space.
