We’re thrilled to welcome Jim McGraw to our team as the Managing Director USA!

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Jim brings over two decades of expertise in Microsoft ERP & CXM and digital transformation, having led and delivered transformative solutions for 30+ companies across seven countries.

As the founder of AX Global, Ltd., he built and managed global Dynamics AX ERP consulting practices.

He also spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, shaping cloud and service industry solutions as a Cloud Solution Architect and Dynamics 365 Service Industries Architect.

With an MBA in International Finance and Trade from Thunderbird, Jim’s strategic insight and global experience will be invaluable as we continue driving ERP & CXM excellence.

Outside of work, Jim is an avid student of the electric bass guitar and enjoys mountain biking, surfing, paddle-boarding, SCUBA and closing out the day with friends and family around the table over a nice meal and freewheeling conversation.
